Varietal Composition - white Muscat 100%.

Vineyard - from high vineyards of Mount Ambelos, altitude 900 m.

Vinification - classical white in stainless-steel refrigerated tanks.

Eye - pale yellow and bright color with green hues.

Nose - refined floral and fruity aromas of Muscat such as sweet roses, melon and peach, along with impressive notes of apricot and lemon.

Palate - the character of Muscat is evident and offers delicate aromas and light, refreshing acidity with a long aftertaste. Fruit dominates, followed by the floral notes of the variety (sweet rose).

Pairing Suggestions - elegant dishes, sophisticated and aromatic recipes from the Greek and international cuisine as well as seafood dishes and sweet and sour delicacies.  It can also be served on its own, or as an aperitif with fruit or cheese.

Best served at 8-10 °C.
