Varietal Composition - Platani 70%, Athiri 30%.

Vineyard - from the vineyards nearby Megalochori area.

Vinification - after the clarification, the free-run juice ferments on stainless- steel tanks in low temperatures of 12-13 °C. Maturated on fine lees 4 months.

Eye - pale yellow-green color with bright arity.

Nose - bundle of aromas which brings out its varietal character. Intense aromas of tropical fruit - pineapple, pear, and apricot with some notes of lemon flowers.

Palate - it has a rich, balanced flavor, with exceptional structure, refreshing acidity, and a nice aromatic finish.

Pairing Suggestions - grilled fish, seafood platters, green salads, appetizers, and platters of white cheeses.

Best served at 10 °C.
