Varietal Composition - Moschofilero 80%, Sauvignon Blanc 20%.

Vineyard – from upland Mantinia, altitude 650 m, and upland Aegialia, altitude 850 m.

Vinification – pre-fermentation cold maceration followed by traditional white vinification at low temperatures.

Eye - light yellow-green color with grey highlights.

Nose - intense and ripe on the nose with distinctive aromas of lemon, melon and rose petals.

Palate - dry on the palate, well balanced with vibrant acidity, medium body and full of minerality.

Pairing Suggestions - shellfish, fish, pasta with seafood, sushi and sashimi, poultry and white meat.

Best served at 8-10 °C.
