Varietal Composition – Malagousia 100%.

Vineyard – “Episkopi” at the South-East slopes of mount Helicon, altitude 380-420 m, soil clay and gravel.

Vinification - low temperature fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.

Eye - pale green color with lemon notes.

Nose - aromas of peach, mango and white pepper.

Palate - acidity is refreshing, average to high, taste of crispy peach and tropical fruits, body is light with long aftertaste.

Pairing Suggestions - fish & seafood, dishes that have herbal notes, salinity & high acidity.

Best served at 14 °C.
