Classification – dry white wine, PGI Central Greece.
Varietal Composition - Assyrtiko 1/3, Athiri 1/3, Sauvignon Blanc 1/3.
Vineyard - selected vineyards in Arma, Thiva and Atalanti Valley.
Vinification - white vinification in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. Fermentation takes place for each variety separately.
Eye - pale lemon color.
Nose - stone fruits, citrus fruits and floral aromas are mostly dominant. Apricot, lemon blossom, elderflower and lime are some examples.
Palate - lemon, apricot and some floral notes come first. Primary fruits are overall dominant. The light body, medium acidity and pleasant finish make it a very refreshing wine.
Pairing Suggestions - grilled chicken, seafood appetizers, green salad, vegetables with oil and lemon, pasta with white sauce, calamari, aperitif.
Best served at 7-10 °C.
