It features two of Santorini’s most iconic white and red grape varieties, harvested from vineyards rooted in volcanic soils. Each wine is a refined expression of its style, with aromas and finishes enhanced by volcanic minerality. Venetsanos Winery is the island’s first industrial winery. Recommended tasting order:

1. Venetsanos Santorini, 0.75L, dry white, Assyrtiko, fermented in stainless steel and aged on lees for 4 months, pairs with seafood, oysters, and grilled, rich fish.
2. Venetsanos Nykteri, 0.75L, dry white, made from fully ripened Assyrtiko grapes harvested at night to capture peak aromatic freshness. Oak-fermented and aged on the lees for 4 months, it pairs beautifully with grilled, rich fish.
3. Venetsanos Mandilaria, 0.75L, dry red, Mandilaria, lightly oak-aged, pairs with pork prepared with dried plums, rich cheeses, prosciutto, and tuna.
