Classification – dry rose wine, PGI Arcadia.

Varietal Composition - Moschofilero 100%.

Vineyard - from the single vineyard "Perpatiara" in Rizes, altitude 720 m.

Vinification - aeration and pre-fermentation extraction at 8 °C for approximately 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures, in the presence of part of the grapes. A separation of solid and liquid phase follows, while the fermentation progresses. All other treatments follow the stages of white vinification.

Eye - light pink color with salmon hues.

Nose - aromas of citrus fruits, notes of rose and jasmine.

Palate - rich mouthfeel with balanced, refreshing acidity, long aftertaste.

Pairing Suggestions - Chinese and Thai cuisine, mushroom risotto.

Best served at 9-11 °C.
