Varietal Composition – Malagousia 50%, Syrah 35%, Grenache Rouge 15%.
Vineyard - three selected vineyards in Atalanti valley.
Vinification - co-fermentation of both white and red grape varieties in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature, therefore, an aromatic and refreshing wine.
Eye - medium pink color.
Nose - vibrant aromas of strawberry and raspberry with notes of bubblegum.
Palate - smooth and refreshing with a fruity finish. The red fruits are dominant, while leaving a subtle sweetness. Medium acidity, light body.
Pairing Suggestions - salads with sweet and sour dressings, shrimps and fruits, salmon (smoked, grilled), shrimps, Asian fusion cuisine, spicy food, Dakos (crouton with soft white cheese and tomato), pasta with tomato sauce, pizza, sushi.
Best served at 7-10 °C.
