Varietal Composition - Agiorgitiko 100%.
Vineyard - the single vineyard in Durmiza location in Koutsi, Nemea.
Vinification - classic red vinification with long extraction for 25 days. The whole process of vinification is carried out under controlled temperature conditions, from the initial stage of pre-fermentation cold-soaking until the completion of fermentation. Maturation lasts 12 months in French oak barrels (70% new) and 6 months in bottles.
Eye - exuberant red.
Nose – exuberant and complex red fruit aromas, eucalyptus and herbaceous notes.
Palate - rich, creamy, soft, with ripe tannins and a velvety aftertaste.
Pairing Suggestions - T-bone steak, Rooster cooked in wine with pasta.
Best served at 15-18 °C.
