Vineyard – from Koutsi area in Nemea region, altitude 550-600 m.

Vinification - traditional red vinification, 12-month maturation in 50% new 225 l French oak barrels, followed by 12 months of ageing in the bottle.

Eye - bright, youthful, deep red color with notable viscosity.

Nose - intense on the nose, young, deep in aromas of dense spices, complex fruit and balanced oak.

Palate - full-bodied and smooth in the mouth, well balanced with a long aftertaste.

Pairing Suggestions - red meat, grills, pasta with red sauce and a selection of cheeses.
