Varietal Composition - Agiorgitiko 80%, Syrah 20%.

Vineyard – from Nemea region, altitude 400-600 m, and upland Aegialia region, altitude 600-850 m.

Vinification - traditional red vinification, followed by six months of maturation in second use French barrels.

Eye - bright, youthful, dark ruby red color.

Nose - intense on the nose, with ripe fruit, plums and cherries, chocolate and some spicy undertones.

Palate - broad, with good body, medium but velvety tannins, moderate acidity and vibrant flavors of red fruit with peppery notes, spicy finish.

Pairing Suggestions - Mediterranean cuisine, dishes with red meat, grills, pasta with red sauce and a selection of cheeses.

Best served at 14-15 °C.
