Varietal Composition – Limniona 35%, Syrah 35%, Grenache 30%.
Vineyard - at “Prosilia”, Rapsani, Mount Olympus, organic, non-irrigated, altitude 480-530 m.
Vinification - classic red, it is matured in French and American oak barrels for a year and aged in bottles for two more years.
Eye - purple color.
Nose - with a ripe yet fresh nose of plums and blueberries, meat, chocolate and spice.
Palate - velvety on the palate with intense vanilla flavors, supple tannins and fine concentration.
Pairing Suggestions - with red meat on the grill or/and small red and black berries sauces.
Best served at 16-18 °C.
