Vinification - classic red vinification under controlled temperature in our underground cellars. It ages for 12 months in a mix of new and used French oak barrels.
Eye - deep ruby color.
Nose - pronounced black fruit aromas, blackberry, blackcurrant, plum, green bell pepper, eucalyptus and vanilla.
Palate - the fruits, the vegetables and the oak give the wine complexity and balance. High acidity, high tannins, full body and long finish.
Pairing Suggestions - T-Bone steak, BBQ pork steak, roasted lamb, rib eye steak, lamb chops, meatballs, pork or lamb gyros/shawarma.
Best served at 15-18 °C.
