Classification – sweet red wine, PDO Samos.

Varietal Composition – red and white Muscat 100%.

Vineyard - from semi-elevated vineyard.

Vinification - a blend of red and white muscat. The must is fortified by adding prior fermentation a neutral vinic alcohol, this allows the wine to remain sweet. It has been elaborated in close collaboration with the Orthodox Church.

Eye – purple color.

Nose - aromas of muscat are emerging, dried fruits, honey, wax and incense because of its aging.

Palate - its taste is soft and long lasting. The mouth is fairly sweet balancing between aging aromas and dried fruit, clean and soft texture, rich body. Residual sugar 340 g/l.

Pairing Suggestions - with sweet desserts or a platter of cheese.

Best served at 8-10 °C.
